Reality Roleplay Forum: Terms and Rules
1. General Rules
- 1.1 Respect All Members: Everyone on the forum deserves respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- 1.2 No Spamming or Advertising: Posts that contain spam, advertisements, or self-promotion are strictly prohibited.
- 1.3 No Offensive Content: Posting content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or promotes illegal activities will result in immediate removal and potential banning.
2. Roleplay Guidelines
- 2.1 Stay in Character: When participating in roleplay-related discussions, always stay in character.
- 2.2 No Metagaming: Do not use information gained out of character (OOC) to influence in-character (IC) decisions.
- 2.3 No Powergaming: Do not force actions upon other players that they cannot realistically resist or respond to.
3. Posting Guidelines
- 3.1 Post in the Correct Section: Make sure your posts are in the appropriate forum section.
- 3.2 No Duplicate Threads: Use the search function to check if your topic has already been covered.
- 3.3 Constructive Feedback Only: Criticism should be respectful and aimed at improvement.
- 3.4 Report ViolationsIf you notice someone breaking the rules, do not engage in the conflict. Instead, report the violation to the moderation team, and they will handle it accordingly.
4. Signature and Profile Rules
- 4.1 Keep Signatures AppropriateSignatures should not exceed 600x150 pixels and must not contain offensive or inappropriate content. They should also avoid large images, excessive text, or disruptive formatting.
- 4.2 Profile PicturesProfile pictures must adhere to the same rules as forum content—no offensive images or inappropriate content.
- 4.3 No Misleading UsernamesDo not choose usernames that impersonate staff, well-known figures, or other players. Keep usernames respectful and appropriate.
5. Consequences for Rule Violations
- 5.1 Warnings and BansDepending on the severity of the rule violation, you may receive a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban from the forum.
